ORDER

Though the revision is maintained against the order in E.A.No.16 of 2010 dt.26.04.2010 impugning the action of the garnishee for the learned II Addl.Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada dropped the action against him, on perusal of the record shows attachment made absolute and the Execution Petition is closed on 05.10.2009 and there are no other Execution petitions filed and the amounts have been remitted and the attachment is not raised. If at all there are no service benefits withheld to the extent liable for attachment from no exemption, the revision petitioner/ D.Hr. is at liberty to pursue before the executing Court by proceeding further.
