Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 is present. Though the appeal pertain to the year 2014, there is no representation from the appellant. Even on earlier occasions also, there was no representation for the appellant. The matter is listed today under the caption for 'final hearing'. In spite of repeated calls, none appears for the appellant. It seems that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the case. 2.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
