Order:

At the interlocutory stage, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal with the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties.

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of

the 3rd respondent in issuing notice, dated 15-03-2011, for convening the General Body Meeting of the ICRISAT Employees'

Cooperative House Building Society Ltd., at ICRISAT Auditorium, on 31-03-2011 at 4.30 p.m., as arbitrary, illegal and against the principles of natural justice and to set aside the notice of the 3rd respondent, dated 15-03-2011, and consequently, direct respondent Nos. 1 & 3 to conduct the General Body Meeting of the said Society out side the premises of the ICRISAT Campus preferably at ICRISAT Colony, Beerumguda Venture, Beerumguda, so as to enable all the members to attend the meeting."

At the hearing, it has come out that the General Body Meeting scheduled to be held on 3103-2011 was already held. In view of this fact, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.10523 of 2011, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 18th June, 2015 LUR
