HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13450 OF 2005 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, challenging the action of the respondents in deleting the name of the petitioner from the select list, vide proceedings dated 21.06.2002 and no interim orders were granted in favour of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner had absented himself from duties.

This Court, having considered the said submission of the parties, is of the considered view that since there is no interim order and as the name of the petitioner was already deleted way back in the year 2002 itself, the question of granting any relief to the petitioner, at this point of time, cannot be feasible.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
