This Writ Petition has been filed questioning the inaction on the part of Respondents 1 to 4 on the representation dated 23.11.2016 of the petitioner seeking protection of the endowment lands belong to Ankamma Temple and Bangaramma Temple and Pushpa Servants and Natya Servants of Janardhana Swamy Vari Temple of Kandukuru, Prakasam District by evicting the 7th respondent therefrom and preventing him from alienating the same.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Endowments.

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition being limited, without going into merits of the matter, ends of justice would be served if a direction is issued to the respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of directing Respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation dated 23.11.2016 of the petitioner and take necessary action, in accordance with law, as early as possible. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
