Learned counsel for the 4th respondent states that in view of the orders, dated 01-06-2016, passed by this Court in W.A.No.1465 of 2012 filed by the petitioners against the order dated 12-09-2011 passed in WP.No.5159 of 2007 filed by the 4th respondent, no further orders are required in this writ petition. The same is not contraverted by counsel for the petitioners.

Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
