Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac. 1.00 in Survey No.253/A and 253/B of Rajupeta Village, Mangapet Mandal, Mulugu District, having acquired the same under a registered gift deed dated lO.O7.2O2O vide document No.3894 of 2O2O and she also claims to have been in physical possession and enjoyment of the same since the date of gift deed. I'lowever, in spite of approaching the respondent authorities for mutating the subject land in the name of the petitioner by deleting the name of her father, the respondent authorities not taking any action. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 1 i .O 1.2O2 1 before respondent No.2 and the same was also acknowledged by the office of respondent No.2 on the same day. In spite of the same, no action has been initiated by respondent No.2. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for passing
appropriate orders to respondent No.2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for mutating the subject land in her name.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader I for Revenue submitted that after introduction of Dharani Portal, it is only the online applications that can be considered and the manual representations could not be considered by the respondents. He further submitted that if the petitioner makes an online application seeking redressal of her grievance, the same would be considered by the respondents.

Taking into consideration the submissions made on either side, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit an online application under the appropriate module requesting for mutation of her name in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac. l.0O in Survey Nos.253/A and 253/8 situated at Rajupeta Village, Mangapet Mandal, Mulugu District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on submission of such application, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with 1aw, within period of eight weeks from the date of submission of the
online applicarion by the petitioner by duly putting all the persons interested on notice and affording opportunity of hearing to them.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
