HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.25219 OF 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 5 on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.11.2019 stated to have been sent under registered post with acknowledgment due.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Sri K.I. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that cause in this writ petition does not survive as the respondents' authorities i.e., respondent No.5 - Station House Officer, Rural Police Station, Shamshabad, Cyberabad-Shamshabad Zone, Ranga Reddy District, has registered a case in Crime No.450 of 2019 pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
