This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondents 1 and 2 in executing the non-bailable warrants in CC.Nos 174, 175 and CC No.176 of 2016 on the file of XV Special Magistrate's Court, Hyderabad issued against respondent No.5 and another.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that grievance of the petitioner is redressed and the writ petition may be closed.

Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
