HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Writ petitioners are aggrieved by not granting proper fitment and to promote them to next higher cadres after granting proper fitment.

In the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4, it is averred that Community Volunteers (CVs) were appointed keeping in view of the dearth of the Community Coordinators (CCs) and in their appointment order they were informed that the post will be provided other facilities on par with the Mandal Youth Coordinators (MYCs). With reference to the claim of the petitioners on appropriate fitment, it is averred in the counter affidavit that the matter is seized by the Chief Executive Officer and it is in active consideration of the Chief Executive Officer.

Having regard to the said statement, learned counsel for petitioners would submit that a direction to the Chief Executive Officer to take a decision with reference to the fitment of the petitioners within a fixed time frame would suffice their interest. 4.

Having regard to the said submissions, writ petition is disposed of directing the Chief Executive Officer of Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty to take a decision on the claim of the petitioners for appropriate fitment and communicate the decision to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a

period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that if petitioners are aggrieved of any such decision taken, it is open to the them to take appropriate remedy as available in law.
