The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 2 to 4 are not registering the FIR on the reports made by the petitioner dated 27-05-2018 and 28-05-2018, though the report discloses cognizable offence. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the police to take action on the reports of the petitioner by following the guidelines laid down in the judgment of Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh1.
