ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "......to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent DCO to comply with byelaw No.25 i.e., to convene the meeting of the General Body of the 2nd respondent Cooperative Urban Bank only with members who are eligible to vote under by law No.21 in order to set in motion the election for the 2nd respondent Guntur Cooperative Urban Bank, Guntur and to pass such other order or orders...."

At the hearing, Mr.Y.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that the writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
