THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No.24584 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Learned Government Pleader for Services states that in the light of the Memorandum dated 11.04.2017 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Anantapur District, with regard to the finalization of the seniority list of Police Constables (Civil), the State is no longer desirous of pursuing this litigation.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed on that ground. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
