At the admission stage, the following order is passed: It is seen that the charge sheet is filed and the case is registered as C.C No.106 of 2011 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Husnabad, Karimnagar District.

2. Having regard to the stage of the matter, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
