Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation appearing for the respondents submits that the writ petitioner was given alternative employment as shramik and he had also retired from service on 28.02.2015, and hence the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, and it has become infructuous.

Sri K.Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner is also present and does not dispute the said fact.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
