THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1385 of 2022 ORDER:

Alleging violation of the order dated 31.03.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.14553 of 2022, the present Contempt Case has been filed.

In the counter filed on behalf of the respondent No.2, it is stated that Smt. A. Bhagyalakshmi is the owner of the subject property and has given no objection for demolition of road affected area by considering her request for waiving the property tax in respect of the subject property. Even though the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property and without giving any notice to the petitioner, the demolition has taken place, a perusal of the letter dated 05.02.2022 addressed by the said Smt. A. Bhagyalakshmi to Wanaparthy Municipality, Wanaparthy, goes to show that she is the owner of the subject property.
