THE HON' BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.5561 of 2014 ORDER:

The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 4 and 5 in arresting respondent No.6 in relation to Crime No.132 of 2013, dated 08.08.2013, filed under SC/ST (POA) Act, and also in not completing the investigation in the said crime in accordance with law. Learned Government Pleader has placed on record the written instructions dated 21.11.2019 received from the Assistant Sub Inspector of Police, Munagala P.S., Suryapet District, whereunder it is stated that basing on the complaint of the petitioner Nukabathini Guravaiah, a case was registered in Crime No.132/2013, U/s.506 IPC & Sec.3(x)(xv) of SC/ST(POA) Act of Munagala police station on 8.8.

2013 and during the course of investigation witnesses were examined and their statements were recorded, and that after completion of investigation the case was referred as False as per the proceedings of Dy.Inspector General of Police, Hyderabad Range, vide C.No.320/C-48/HR/2014, dated 11.02.2014. In the light of the above, nothing remains in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out remedies as available in law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
