THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3155 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 08.11.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.579 of 2013 in C.C.No.1 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Asifabad. 2.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.1 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion on the impugned order.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Asifabad is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.1 of 2010, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the opinion of the expert. 5.

With the above direction, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
