This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.13411 of 2018, dated 18-04-2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the directions of this Court in WP.No.13411 of 2018, suspension of the petitioner was reviewed and the order is passed. Challenging the said order, a separate writ petition is filed and no further orders are required in this contempt case. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
