THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 1634 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dt.16.09.2019 passed in WP.No.20037 of 2019 wherein this Court directed the respondent-Police to file an appropriate final report within a period of six weeks.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition, investigation was completed and final report was filed on 20.10.2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tungaturthi; and as such, there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Government Pleader, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
