This Civil Revision Petition is arising out of the order dated 07.11.2014 passed in 1.A.No.1233 ol 2014 in O S.No.190 of 2014, on the file of ll Additional District Judge, Warangal, filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under Order XXXVlll Rule 5 of C.P.C., praying to pass an order of attachment against the amounts of the respondenUdefendant Nos.1 and 2 lying with the respondenVdefendant Nos.3 to 5. 2.

No_ representation either for revision petitioners or for the respondents.

A perusal of the case status, which was tagged along with the main case, reveals that the original suit itself i.e. O.S.No.190 of 2014 was disposed of on 09.12.2014. Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition and this revision has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
