ORDER: (per the Hon' ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce Sajid Ali (for short, 'the alleged detenu') before the Court and set him free.

At the hearing, Mr. Abdul Samad, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the alleged detenu was arrested and produced before the XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, who remanded him to judicial custody and, therefore, the Writ Petition may be disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner/alleged detenu to take recourse to appropriate remedies against the alleged illegal detention.
