THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.14916 OF 2010 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not regularising the suspension period from 20.01.2004 to 21.05.2006 and in not re-fixing the petitioner's pay/salary in the revised pay scales and in not paying the arrears by considering the petitioner's representations dated 06.04.2009 and 18.01.2010, as illegal and arbitrary. This Court on 29.06.2010 granted interim order directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2009 and 18.01.2010 for regularisation of the petitioner's suspension period from 20.01.2004 to 21.05.2006 as on duty or as eligible leave, to revise the petitioner's salary in the revised pay scales and accordingly for payment of arrears.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for respondent No.3. Today when the matter is called, Smt K.Udaysree, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.3 produced the copy of the proceedings dated 04.12.2010 passed in pursuance to the interim order passed by this Court on 29.06.2010 rejecting the applications of the petitioner. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of interms of the interim order passed by this Court.
However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 04.12.2010, it is open for him to challenge the same. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 18.11.2016 dv
