Today when the matter is posted under the caption "for orders", Smt.Sameera Fatima, learned counsel representing Ms.Naseeb Afshan, learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case and to that effect she made an endorsement.

Permission is accorded and accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
