Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies has placed before me proceedings dt.19-112015 of 2nd respondent canceling the order dt.28-10-2015 passed by 2nd respondent in view of the order dt.04-032015 in W.P.M.P.No.7029 of 2015 in W.P.No.5274 of 2015.

3. Since the order impugned in the Writ Petition has now been withdrawn by 2nd respondent by the order dt.19-11-2015, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
