This second appeal is filed against judgment and decree, dated 07.09.2015, in A.S.No.81 of 2010 on the file of XII Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

On 10.03.2017, the case was adjourned as the learned counsel for the appellant was not present. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the appellant is not interested in pursuing his cause in this appeal. 3.
