HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.25233 OF 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 - Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Mahboob Nagar, in harassing the petitioner by way of calling to the police station to settle the claims made by respondent No.4 under the threat of registering false case against her, as being illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard Sri Mohd. Osman Shaheed, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and perused the material on record.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home based on the written instructions dated 15.11.2019, a copy of which is placed before this Court, submits that on receipt of complaint from respondent No.4 on 06.11.2019, respondent No.3 made an entry in the General Diary and conducted enquiry. On enquiry, having found that the issue complained is of civil nature, respondent No.3 issued a notice to respondent No.4 informing of the same. He further submits that respondent No.3 has made calls to the petitioner, who failed to take calls, only in connection with the enquiry in the above complaint made by respondent No.4, but he never interfered in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.4 and never harassed her by
way of calling her to the police station to settle the claim made by respondent No.4.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home made on behalf of respondent No.3, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
5. Therefore, recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
