HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 15315 OF 2005 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ petition was filed in July, 2005. No interim order at any point of time was passed by this Court. We have perused the prayer. We are informed by learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the project is complete and even the payments are made long back to the contractors. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions.
In the circumstances, we dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
