This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 06.12.2017 passed in I.A.No.548 of 2017 in O.S.No.2862 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the VIII Junior Civil Judge, Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.548 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned VIII Junior Civil Judge, Hyderabad is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.548 of 2017 in O.S.No.2862 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
