Petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner and is in possession of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2.07 guntas in Sy.No.336 (Old 121) of Utnoor Village & Mandal, Adilabad District. A reading of the representation dated 31.03.2015 would disclose that though name of the petitioner and his ancestors were reflected in the revenue records on the above land, later name of Mr. Kotturu Rajanna is reflected, whereas his name is Kolipaka Rajanna. He therefore, requested the Tahsildar to correct in Setwar and Khasra register and to grant patta in accordance with Setwar and Kasra Register. Similar grievance has been ventilated in the representation dated 25.05.2015 submitted to the District Collector. Alleging inaction on the said representations, petitioner filed W.P.No.37748 of 2015. Petitioner sought to grant the following relief :
"to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not taking any action on the representations of the petitioner dt.31.03.2015 and 25.05.2015 to conduct an enquiry and to make necessary changes in revenue records by inducting the name of the petitioner in all concerned revenue records and to issue necessary orders to that extent is arbitrary, illegal, unlawful and violative of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent authorities to conduct an enquiry and make necessary changes in revenue records in the interest of justice." 3.
On behalf of the petitioner letter dated 30.06.2017 was filed praying the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Considering the request made in the said letter, this Court by order dated
- 3 - 03.07.2017 dismissed the said writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition for comprehensive reliefs, if cause of action subsists and circumstances warrant. 4.
In few days thereafter, the present writ petition is filed. Prayer in the present writ petition is substantially same as sought in the earlier writ petition. No new grounds are urged, no averments are made as to the changed circumstances after withdrawal of the earlier writ petition warranting institution of the present writ petition claiming the same prayer as sought in the earlier writ petition.

Having regard to these facts, Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and to grant the relief prayed for, as there is no comprehensive relief sought, nor there is any change in the cause of action warranting institution of this writ petition. 6.
Writ petition is accordingly, dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies on any other cause of action. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
