HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 1627 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the Station House Officer, Garla Police Station, in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the agricultural lands of the petitioners in Sy.No. 331 & Sy.No. 331/A situated in Mulakanuru Village, Garla Mandal, Mahabubabad District. Learned Government Pleader filed the counter affidavit signed by the third respondent stating as follows:

"In due obedience to the orders of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No. 33765 of 2016 dt. 17.10.2016 and the injunction orders passed by the Hon'ble Court Mobile Court in I.A.No. 353/2016 in O.S.No. 318 of 2016 and also on the complaints lodged by the 4th respondent herein seeking police protection and for implementation of the injunction orders, this respondent police has considered the request of 4th respondent herein and accordingly provided police protection to the suit schedule lands of the 4th respondent. This respondent shall abide by the directions if any passed by this Hon'ble Court."

In view of the above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
