This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.87 of 2013, pending on the file of the Court of XV Metropolitan Magistrate at Medchal, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District (for short, 'the trial Court'), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 506 and 341 of I.P.C. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, filed a Memo reporting that the matter has been compromised before the LokAdalath. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is closed as no further orders are required.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
