THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 12808 of 2014 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No. 1 in interfering in the civil dispute and forcing the petitioner to vacate the house bearing No 29-1452/2/1A, Kakatiya Nagar, Neredmet together with the land extent 400 sq.yards and deliver the same in favour of 4th respondent and harassing the petitioner by summoning him to the police station without following due process of law as the petitioner not obliged the illegal demand of the respondent No. 1 as arbitrary, illegal and violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondent No. 1 not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to summon the petitioner and harass him without following due process of law ...:"

On 24.04.2014, this Court passed the following interim order in WPMP No.16066 of 2014.

"The Station House Officer, Neredmet Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, shall not interfere and try to settle the civil disputes existing between the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein."

The writ petition stands dismissed so far as respondent No.4 is concerned for non-compliance of the order dated 16.08.2017. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has placed on record the written instructions dated 10.06.2014 received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Neredmet Police Station, Cyberabad and stated that the Police have denied the allegations of the petitioner and are not interfering with the disputes

between the petitioner and respondent No.4 as they are civil in nature.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:10.02.2020 kdl
