In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A4 and A5 seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.108 of 2017 of Women Police StationCity, Warangal District, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 498A, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 22.03.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Women Police Station, Warangal District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.2268 of 2017 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioners.
