Heard.

The petitioner questions the impugned notices issued by the Tahsildar, Kalyanadurg Mandal, Anantapur District, the 3rd respondent, alleging that she is cultivating the assigned land admeasuring Acs.4.75 cents in Survey No.235/1 at Palavoy Village, Kalyandurg Mandal, Anantapur District. The petitioner, inter alia, stated that the land assigned to her father is actually in Survey No.235/2, but the notice was wrongly given for the land in Survey No.235/1.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before the Court the instructions, dated 31.07.2015, received from the Tahsildar, Kalyanadurg Mandal, which show that there was a mistake in issuing notice to the petitioner for the land in Survey No.235/1 instead of Survey No.235/2.

In that view of the matter, it is open for the Tahsildar, Kalyandurg Mandal, to reconsider the matter and, if necessary, issue a fresh notice to the petitioner for the land in Survey No.235/2. The 3rd respondent shall however not proceed further with the impugned

notice.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
