This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Crime No.407 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 313, 420 and 498-A IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
