This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order made in RP No. 2/2011, G8, Dt. 21.07.2011 of the 1st respondent preferred against the order of the 2nd respondent bearing FPSAP No. 6/2010 G8, Dt.15.02.2011 and also the order made in Rc.No.1691/2010-D Dt.04.09.2010 of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents to drop all further proceedings against the petitioner in this regard." At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.
