The case of the petitioner is that he is owner and possessor of agricultural dry land to an extent of Ac.10-52 cents situated at Miniki Village, Ramasamudram Mandal, Chittoor District, having acquired the same from his father. After death of his father, the petitioner made application on 14-11-2016 under Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
