Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
Ac.2-39 1⁄2 guntas in different survey numbers mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the affidavit filed in support of writ petition of Koratpally Village, Dichpally Mandal, Nizamabad District, stood in the name of wife of petitioner-Smt Rehana Begum. After her death, petitioner sought for mutation of his name in the revenue records. Petitioner also submitted application on 20.08.2019 for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. Accordingly, notice in Form 8 was issued calling upon the objections on the said application which is marked as Ex.P.4 in the writ petition paper book. Alleging that no further action is taken pursuant to the notice, causing hardship to the petitioner, this writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-4th respondent to consider the application of petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in accordance with the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of
