Heard.
The petitioner has a limited grievance with regard to withholding of document No.P470/15, which is stated to have been kept pending before the 3rd respondent without passing any order. The petitioner states that in pursuance of award in P.L.C.No.47 of 2006, which was decided before the Lok Adalat on 15-04-2006, the City Civil Court Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad, vide letter dated 13-05-2015, sent the document to the 3rd respondent for registration and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent vide Document No.P470/15. The petitioner states that no reasons are given and the document is kept pending without passing any orders. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.
It is evident that the petitioner's request for registration is not being accepted and neither any objection is made. In view of that, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to register and release the document and if he has any objection communicate the same to the petitioner with regard to document No.P470/15, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
