HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI Writ Petition No.25254 of 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.227 of 2019 on the file of Miryalguda Rural Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences under Section 498-A IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against the petitioner/A1. 2.
During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents, submit that the notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., has already been issued to the petitioner.

Since the 3rd respondent-police issued a notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., to the petitioner, it would be appropriate to direct the petitioner to comply with the said notice as per the directions of the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar and another1. However, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner/A1 till filing of the final report. 4.
