Today, the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal' but there is no representation, yet again for the petitioner or his learned counsel. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 is present. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision petition shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
