Aggrieved by the inaction of 2nd respondent in disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 4.1.2018, under Section 19 Right to Information Act, 2005, against the letter bearing No.T2/ RTU Act2005/ Dlgs/ 16-17 dated 29.11.2017, issued by Senior Superintendent of Post Officers & CPIO, Secunderabad Division, Hyderabad, the present writ petition is filed Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Lakshman, learned Solicitor General for respondents.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal stated to have been filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
