NO: 1OF 2023 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim stay of all further proceedings in S.C.No. 31 of 2023, on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge cum Assistant Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar, including arrest, appearance and attendance of the petitioner / Accused, pending disposal of the above Criminal petition.
