CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.22410 of 2018 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "..... issue a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the sanction of the Municipal Permission vide proceedings No.PIO/IV/11596/2015, dated 02.09.2015 for construction of commercial complex in respect of the property bearing Mpl.No.7-10-911 (New) 7-3-67 (old) sy.No.7/272, situated at Station Road, Nizamabad, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of Constitution of India, and set aside the same and pass such order or orders ....." Today, a separate order was passed dismissing W.P.No.4536 of 2018 filed by the petitioners questioning the Lok Adalat Award dated 21.04.2012 in LAC.No.247 of 2012.
As this writ petition is also based on the challenge to the said Lok Adalat Award, with the dismissal of the said writ petition, this writ petition is also liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with the direction to treat the reasons in order dated 02.08.2018 in W.P.No.4536 of 2018 as part of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 shall stand closed.
