HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22119 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging inaction of the respondents 4 to 7 in trying to dispossess the petitioners from their agricultural land, pending statutory appeal and stay petition before the 3rd respondent against the resumption orders dated 23.01.2018 passed by the 4th respondent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. (a) The 3rd respondent considers disposing of the stay petition filed along with appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(b) Till the orders are passed and communicated, the parties are directed to maintain status quo as regards possession and physical features.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _______________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 29-06-2018 dv
