Though learned counsel for the petitioner/respondent No.1 submitted that this Court has passed the order dated 05.09.2024 without issuing any notice to the petitioner/respondent No.1, no prejudice would be caused to the petitioner/respondent No.1, if wife is permitted to give evidence through her GPA holder as per the order dated 05.09.2024. There are no merits in the application and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the I.A. is dismissed.
