The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 2 and 3 in interfering with the civil disputes in relation to property bearing Door No.6-10-128/8/D, part and parcel of Survey No.23/A, admeasuring 300 square yards situated at Shivrampally Jagir Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed before this Court the written instructions, dated 19.11.2019, issued by the SubInspector of Police, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, wherein it is that an Associate Dean, College of Veterinary Science, Rajendranagar, representing the fourth respondent, gave a complaint to the Circle Inspector of Police, Rajendranagar, on 31.10.2019, stating that the land in Survey No.23/a of Shivrampally Jagir belongs to the fourth respondent university and that on 28.10.2019 some unknown persons came to their land and threatened the watchman and ward who were present at the area. In the said instructions, it is further stated that upon receipt of the above complaint, a GD entry was made and after enquiry, the matter was closed as 'civil in nature'. The allegation of the petitioner that respondents 2 and 3 summoned him to the police station through one Constable and threatened not to carryout any work on the site, is denied. It is also stated that the visit of the Constable to the

site was on account of his receiving a dial 100 call and he, being on patrolling duty, attended to the same and informed both to the parties not to create any law and order problem.

In the light of the above detailed written instructions explaining the circumstances under which the authorities entered into the subject land, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition, much less any direction requires to be issued to respondents 2 and 3. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
