HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 6347 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/A1 seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.41 of 2017 of Ameenpur Police Station, Sanga Reddy District, which was registered for the offences under Sections 447, 427 & 506 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 9.4.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Ameenpur Police Station, Medak District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sangareddy and CC is numbered and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.41 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 4.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
