HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22089 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents Nos.3 and 4 in interfering with the possession of petitioners over the land bearing survey No.1, admeasuring Ac.5.22 guntas, situated in Muthveliguda Village, Medchal District and also in interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioners with respondent No.5 in respect of the aforesaid subject land, without there being any lawful orders from the competent authority.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Counter is filed by the 3rd respondent stating that respondent police are not interfering with the possession of the petitioners over the subject land; and that as many as eight crimes are pending in respect of the subject property. Recording the aforesaid submission of the 3rd respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
